Cream cheese, cooked chicken with a buffalo sauce, blue cheese and Colby-Monterey Jack cheese served with baguette slices, celery and/or tortilla chips.
We will put out a beautiful display of raw oysters and clams which we will shuck to order. Plus there will be Chef Andrew’s amazing cerviche. We are happy to combine this with jumbo shrimp cocktail.

We start with creamy mashed potatoes. Then you can add our own cheese sauce, baby shrimp, caramelized leeks or onions, sautéed mushrooms, scallions, broccoli, diced ham, shredded cheddar, smoked salmon, sour cream, chives, roasted garlic, basil pesto, olives, sundried tomatoes, artichoke hearts, peas, blue cheese, herbed cheese and salsa.
